Prenatal Yoga is recommended as a great way to stay in shape by doctors and midwives all over the world. By combining yoga postures, breath, meditation, mind and body connection, mindfulness, and much more this practice not only helps you become more comfortable in your pregnancy, but also helps you prepare for labor and parenthood. 

Join us, Saturday August 5th, to learn just why this practice is so amazing for both you and your baby. We will spend the first half of the workshop going in depth about how yoga can help you during your journey to motherhood, then the second half we will be practicing the very tools that we learned about. The best part is that at the end of August there will be a six week Donation Prenatal Yoga session held every Wednesday Evening at 6:30 PM, so that you can keep practicing and staying healthy! (August 23 - September 27).

Join us Wednesdays at 11 am for Prenatal Yoga classes that are based on helping you feel good through your pregnancy, make labor easier, and help prepare you for parenthood. We will combine mindful meditation, breath work, and of course yoga poses.

A great way to learn and study Ashtanga, a yoga flow designed by Sri Pattabhi Jois, by delving deeply into the individual experience of yoga. There is no music and each person learns and practices at their own pace, allowing everyone to delve deep into them Selves. We will come together at the start of class for a small meditation and intention setting.
